Cushion Pros was founded in 2012 by Bill and Alisa Shapard. Propelled by knowledge of the trade, years of hard work, and a knack for design, Cushion Pros burst onto the scene as the dominant force in custom cushion manufacturing. As the growth continues, Bill states he is “proud of our history and excited about our future.” Bill and Alisa place genuine craftsmanship at the forefront of design. Alisa appreciates the “effort and care put into every custom cushion” and believes our customers value this too.
Bill and Alisa attribute the success of their family-owned business to the help of many outstanding people. From Bill’s perspective, “this is a group effort that doesn’t show signs of slowing down.” After graduating from Samford University, their daughter, Bailey Shapard joined the team working in public relations and marketing. Bailey cherishes the family and friends tied to this organization and looks forward to the days to come.
