CANCELLATIONS
Cushion Pros accepts cancellations and order revisions up to two (2) business days after order placement. After two business days you will be held liable for the cost of your cushion and no refund will be given.
RETURNS
Custom Cushions
- Due to our products being custom made we cannot accept any returns. Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within two (2) days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Otherwise, you will be held liable. Please submit all claims to our Customer Care Team [email protected].
- Cushion Pros is not responsible for cushions the customer does not like because the fabric color or texture does not match the color on their computer monitor. In the event you are not sure of the color of the fabric as it is displayed on your screen, we encourage you to order fabric samples before ordering. Fabric samples are nonrefundable.
- Cushion Pros is not responsible for cushions that are made correctly with the information provided by the customer. Customers must provide dimensions that are accurate.
- Cushion Pros is not responsible for cushions the customer does not like due to the standard placement of ties.
- Cushion Pros is not responsible for templates sent to us for use as patterns. These templates become the property of Cushion Pros and will not be returned to the customer.
- Cushion Pros is responsible for reworking or replacing cushions made with the incorrect fabric(s).
- Cushion Pros is responsible for reworking or replacing cushions when the dimensions vary more than one inch from the dimensions provided by the customer.
- Cushion Pros is responsible for reworking or replacing cushions that are made in a style not specified by the customer.
Quickship
We strive to provide our customers with the best products and shopping experience at Cushion Pros. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we have developed the following return policy specifically for Quickship items to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both our customers and our team. We do not accept returns on any custom cushion or custom pillow orders, swatch orders, filling only orders, or fabric by the yard orders.
Return Details for Quickship items:
- Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned in a usable condition. They should be unused, unwashed, free from any damages, stains, or odors and must have all tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return to our facility.
- Your return will be applied to the original form of payment.
- Once we receive your return we will inspect for any damages and your return will be processed within 10 days of when we receive it. We will ship the item back to you at your expense should the return not meet our criteria.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your Quickship item. You can reach us here: [email protected]. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return in the email.
- *Please use a secure shipping method with tracking and insurance, as Cushion Pros is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return transit. *

Exceptions
- If you receive an incorrect or defective Quickship item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery and we will provide further assistance and cover the return shipping costs.
- In case of shipping damage, please document the condition of the package upon delivery and notify our Customer Support team within 48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Clearance
We strive to provide our customers with the best products and shopping experience at Cushion Pros. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we have developed the following return policy specifically for Quickship items to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both our customers and our team. We do not accept returns on any Clearance Items.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please verify shipping address(es) before placing your order(s). If incorrect shipping information is submitted, you will be responsible for any fees associated with redirecting your deliveries and/or lost merchandise.
TEMPLATES
Customers will have 45 days to submit their templates or Customer Owned Fabric. Your lead time will begin once we receive your template or Customer Owned Fabric. Please mail your templates to this address:

We honor a 1-year manufacturing guarantee for any defects caused by us. Sunbrella and Outdura warrant their fabrics up to 5 years.
